Innocent (a.k.a. Thina) serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nit Group. In his dual roles, he shapes and approves strategies for the organization, advocates for group issues, and establishes the overall direction of the company. Innocent (a.k.a. Thina) supervises the group's global activities, including advertising, marketing collateral, website management, client meetings, sales report generation, and the development of innovative sales strategies. Additionally, as COO, he oversees the operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficient business processes and optimal performance across all divisions. Innocent (a.k.a. Thina)'s leadership ensures that Nit Group remains at the forefront of its industry, driving growth and success.

Bridget serves in Sales and Marketing at Nit Group, specifically for Nit Photography Services Studio (NPS Studio), A Division of Nit Group, and Nit Real Estate Property (NRE Property), A Division of Nit Group. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth for both the photography and property divisions. Bridget leads efforts to expand market presence, build client relationships, and ensure that promotional activities align with the business goals of NPS Studio and NRE Property. She is also involved in market research, creating targeted campaigns, and ensuring that both divisions meet customer needs while strengthening their brand presence.

Talifhani is a Photographer at Nit Photography Services Studio (NPS Studio), A Division of Nit Group. He leads the studio's efforts in commercial, outdoor, wedding, and wildlife photography. Talifhani promotes the studio's services through photoshoots and oversees image retouching, graphic design, and video production. His expertise has been pivotal in positioning Nit Photography Services Studio as a leading photography brand, ensuring that creative excellence and high-quality outputs are maintained across all projects.
